Data collected: Only an anonymous device ID randomly generated on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, IP address or any other identifying data. Published content is anonymous by design.
Technical anonymity: Your anonymity is protected at the application level. The infrastructure provider (Supabase) may technically record IP addresses in its request logs, as any cloud service does. NO FILTER does not access these logs and does not use them to identify you.
Data retention: Posts, comments and votes remain available until deleted by the author or moderated. The device ID is stored only locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from Settings → Reset data.
Cookies and storage: We only use localStorage for technical local storage. No third-party cookies, no trackers, no advertising.
Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) for technical operation. We do not process special categories of personal data (art. 9 GDPR).
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR). For requests: [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Data transfers: Supabase infrastructure, GDPR-compliant, with servers in the EU/EEA area.
